Our Mission
The Matty D Invitational began as a small 2-man scramble with 16 friends in 2016. After an unforgettable event at Southern Hills the following year, the tournament took on a deeper meaning following Rob Sage’s cancer diagnosis and passing in 2018.
Since then, the tournament has grown into a powerful tribute to friendship and community, raising over $15,000 for the Angel Foundation — a Twin Cities nonprofit supporting families affected by cancer.
